| Consular documents by mail
Certain types of consular services can be processed by mail (tourist and business visas; legalization of documents; proof of residence abroad;...).
Applications by mail should be sent to
“Embassy of Brazil – Consular section“
together with:
- all the necessary documents;
- proof of payment of the corresponding consular fees;
- a self-addressed and stamped envelope (SEK 75,00 for Registered mail). We shall return documents and passports only by Registered mail or courier If a courier is hired by the applicant, the consular sector will not act as intermediary (the applicant is responsible for giving instructions and making arrangements with the courier).
 |
Obs.: In order to enable us to send documents as registered mail (we only send passports in registered mail envelopes) please observe that when using a pre-stamped envelope from Posten, as the one in the photo, be sure to certify that the total value of the stamps is equal to SEK 75. |
Incomplete or erroneous applications shall not be processed and shall be returned to the applicant.
The consular section of the Embassy does not accept responsibility for delays and loss of documents sent by mail.
