Legal dependants are:

1. the spouse;
   
2. ancestors (father/mother), if proven their dependency on the applicant;
   
3. unmarried children, under the age of 21, or older, if proven being uncapable of sustaining themselves economically;
   
4. brother/sister, grandchildren and great grandchildren, or orphan, unmarried and under the age of 21, if proven being uncapable of sustaining themselves economically;
